This tour gives you the opportunity to explore one of the most beautiful and stunning Italian landscapes in the world. The Cinque Terre, “Five Villages”, is a UNESCO World Heritage site with an enchanting coastline, with rare flora, and small villages that hug the coastline. You will have the chance to enjoy incredible views and scenery from the boat (weather permitting) and take splendid panoramic photos of the villages, characterised by their colourful houses. We will stop to visit the charming villages of: Vernazza, the tiniest and most unique village thanks to its medieval castle; Manarola, with its ancient case-torri; and Monterosso, the biggest fishing village of the Cinque terre. Monterosso is also renowned for its amazing beaches, so you will have plenty of time for a swim. We suggest to try a delicious artisan gelato by the beach, an incredible experience!

We enjoyed our tour, the weather was perfect and our captain was friendly and professional. We saw as much as we could of the white and green grottoes and then he surprised us with the blue grotto as the group elected to swim in the sea instead of boarding a smaller boat, paying the entrance fee and waiting an hour or more. Would recommend.

Valerie is an outstanding guide. She has much knowledge to share about current life in Cinque Terre and about its history. She introduced us to the best local wine and focaccia and gave excellent guidance on navigating each stop. A superb day!

This was an amazing tour. We were picked up on time at Lucca station and driven to the Cinque ports. Saw three towns, all by train as the ferry wasn’t running as the sea was still rough. Had plenty of time to explore. Were given some focaccia to try and even had a tasting of wine in one of the shops. Great attention to detail and lots of commentary. Great trip, thoroughly recommend it.

Whilst we n holiday in Lucca, we booked this one trip with our fingers crossed that the trip and company would be good. We need not have worried. The arrangements went like clockwork, no hassle at all with pick ups and drop offs. What took the tour up a notch or two, was the lovely tour guide Valerie. She was friendly, approachable and sensitive to the needs of the small party. She had the right mix of factual knowledge and local interest. What really came across was her love of Italy, and admiration for the hard working people of the Cinque Terre. A great and memorable day.

Fantastic day trip from Lucca! We saw 3 beautiful charming towns, with time on our own in each one. Quick ferry rides from the first town to the next two were smooth and quick. Book it now! You will not be disappointed!

Tania was amazing! We had a wonderful day in Cinque Terre from Lucca. She picked us up and spent the day with us sharing her wealth of knowledge about the area. We enjoyed a boat ride, some shopping, a limoncello tasting and even some swimming! If we are able to come back we will definitely call again 😄

A well organised and professionally tour that takes in three of the villages with plenty of time to see as much as you want. Tania our tour guide was genuine and engaging and kept the group informed all the way along. She’s also an excellent driver which is important for a hair raising drive through the mountain!
