The hope chests throughout the house were so interesting! We loved them, and the household items which were typical of the period. Our guide was very informative and answered all of our questions. Don’t miss the lace exhibition currently ongoing upstairs?

Our guide was wonderful with clear and descriptive explanations and answered all our questions. The house, itself, is a gem and really gives you a better picture of how the nobility lived if your name was not Medici. The house, itself, is wonderful, but we really recommend the extra tour.
