We didn't even get to do the tour. The tour operator switched the meeting place and we didn't get notified because we were already in Europe and didn't get the message. Couldn't reach the tour operator because number was changed and couldn't reach Viator either from the confirmation we received.

Great tour. The best way to get detailed information on the sites in downtown Venice! Our guide was very informative who has lived in Venice her entire life!

The tours themselves were very informative and organized. Skip-the-line kept us out of the hot sun. Tour guides were extremely knowledgeable. Need better earbuds.

Great tour! Highly recommend to take it while in Venice! Very well organized and planned. The tour guide was very nice and provided a lot of details from history of Venice.

The Venice walking tour was fabulous. Guide was knowledgeable, responsive, fun. I believe this tour is also available as a separate tour. The second part, St Mark’s Basilica and Doge’s Palace was, regretfully, a disappointment. Guide was rather obsequious in tone, less available for questions, thought he was more witty than he was. Also, we weren’t able to go inside St Mark’s because of a regularly scheduled service, which, although not the guide’s fault, made me wonder why the tour would’ve been scheduled for that time on a Saturday. So next time I’d do only the walking tour alone and do the basilica and palace at another time or just go on my own.

I think I would personally pay abit more for a smaller group another time
