My husband and I did the vegan and vegetarian cooking class and loved it ! Chef Vary showed us the itialian way and we learned a bit about the culture more as well through cooking. The food we made was delicious !! She made us feel at ease that we would not mess it up. And comes with recipes at the end ! Would take her class again.

Great experience! We really enjoyed being able to learn different pasta making techniques, working with really fresh ingredients, as well as learning more about the Italian way of living! Being able to eat the fruits of our labor with a glass of wine was fabulous as well! Roberto was an excellent teacher!

My husband and I had a great experience! The cooking class was so much fun and the small group that we were with made it even better. The recipes were great and the family style meal afterwards had to be the best part. Would highly recommend this cooking class!

Firstly, as per the description and previous reviews please be mindful this class isn't entirely vegan. However I did this class with my partner who is omni and it was a great experience. Two of the three dishes we cooked were vegan (the other was vegetarian). The food is cooked as group so you dont have to touch or prepare not vegan ingredients if youre not comfortable. It was such a great experience to learn how to cook authentic pasta and sauces. I can't thank our chef enough for his guidance, patience and expertise. I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting to learn how to make pasta from scratch.

Vary was wonderful. So energetic and keen to share her expertise. All the food we made was delicious- and we were mainly beginners being guided by Vary. As the description says, it is some vegan and some vegetarian food but Vary made sure that I (vegan) had plenty of choice! Would definitely recommend.

Despite saying the word ‘vegan’ multiple times, this class is NOT vegan and is only vegetarian. When the instructor found out I was vegan she chastised me for ‘not reading carefully enough’. She added an extra vegan pasta to the recipes we were cooking, which I appreciated, but was visibly annoyed.

Chef Vary really knows her stuff. We used only the freshest, in season vegetables and quality ingredients. She accommodated all of needs and issues in our private class for 3. Her "can do" style pushed my teen granddaughters to do the work and learn the techniques. When we ate our self made food they said, "This is the best food I have ever eaten!".
