So beyond thrilled with this tour! It was the best day in Taormina! From the easy pick up and drop off to the amazing staff and delicious food - all of it was perfect! We were picked up right at port in a small van with our group and another group going to a nearby location. The small bus was comfortable with AC. We made one bathroom stop on the way at a gas station. Our guide Andrea was awesome! He was very informative and funny! The cookies he passed out were delicious, it was nice local touch! Once we got to Taormina we were taken through the adorable town and over to the restaurant to get started on pasta and pizza making! We were given some coffee, highly recommend the cappuccino! It was delicious! The staff at the restaurant that taught the pasta making class were great, so interactive! After some hard work we got take a break with a beautiful table set up, the location views are breathtaking!! We got some bread, cheese and fruit yo munch on with some wine of course. All delicious!! After that, it was on to the pizza making! You then make your own pizza and they let us try some of the pasta too! Lunch came with more wine that we all partook in together as a group. Andrea joined us which was fun! After all the food we got some free time to roam around the amazing town of Taormina! Definitely recommend this tour!! You will not be disappointed!!

Our guide Martina went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great experience - from a walk around Taormina to our pizza making class. The class itself was top notch. The team at the restaurant that hosts the classes is clearly committed to involving every participant and making sure that each person enjoys the experiences in addition to leaving with valuable knowledge. Pizza was delish! The other participants were also delightful, and we would recommend this experience to anyone visiting Taormina.

Excellent - tons of great food. Quick and easy pick up from cruise port although pick up was 8:30 although booked for 10:30. Earlier time was better with the heat in Messina.

This was the best excursion ever! They were right there at the port when we got off the ship, very easy to find. We had a nice ride to Taormina and they gave great information and a delicious snack on the way. They also had water for everyone. The class itself was incredibly fun. It was myself, my husband, and my 17 yr old niece. We had a blast. We made pasta, then had snacks (delish) and then made pizza which was SO good. They gave us amazing cannoli's also. The instructor was fun and personable. There were about 12-15 people in the class so it was perfect. We would do it again in a heartbeat. We had time after the class to wander Taormina and shop. Our guide, Andrea was very knowledgeable and super nice. It was a great experience. Don't hesitate!

Tour guide Maria was great and so was driver. Wasn’t quite what we were expecting as Porta Messina Ristorante had overbooked the experience with 30 people. Made the best of the chaos but I guess that is part of the Sicilian experience.

The staff of the tour company especially Claudio made this an amazing experience. Enjoyed doing something a little different. We were picked up from the ship and transported to a mountain town while explaining the history of Sicily as we drive through it. Claudio our guide walked with us through town giving us tips on where to go after our pizzas on our free time and was very interesting and funny. He made pizza with us and was there to help with any translations needed. Just a great trip!

We were picked up from our cruise ship by our 2 wonderful guides. Really friendly and knowledgable. First took us to Castelmola. This is a small village about 200m higher than Taormina. Fantastic views of the bay and Mount Etna. We then had a pizza making class in Taormina. We loved it. Basically you make your own lunch!! So much fun for adults and kids. The guides and chefs were fantastic. Just don't ask for pineapple on your pizza. Wine and soft drinks were included. We then had a coule of hours to see Taormina. Loads of restaaraunts bars and shops. We would def. go back here. Booking direct was a LOT cheaper than the cruise ship excursions.

Our tour picked us up at the port of Messina, right next to where our ship docked. Our guide, Sara, had a sign with our name as well as a few others so it was easy to find her. There was just the 2 of us for the pizza making tour so we shared a bus with others from our ship who were taking another tour from this company which was going to Taromia. It was very well organized. Sara was very friendly and knowledgeable about the history of Messina, Taromia and Sicily in general. She brought us to the restaurant where we met up with a few others who were also taking the cooking class. The chef was so nice and gave great directions. Everyone’s English was perfect and easy to understand. We all made bread, pasta, and pizza and ate it all over a few hours along with some other antipasti provided from the restaurant. It was a beautiful location with room to eat outside. It was a fantastic and very fun experience!
