Great value for money with food and wine included on the tour. Everything tasted so good and it is a great way to try typical Sicilian foods. Tour guide was really friendly and there was not much walking in between stops. Would have appreciated a little bit more information about the city as we walked around and to walk via a few more of the sights, but it was a good introductory tour to Ortigia.

Great evening with Christina. Lovely guide and fantastic food. Would highly recommend - lasted 3 hrs so great volume for money. Was a small group and lovely to meet some interesting people. I accidentally booked twice so just hoping they’ll refund one booking!!!

Great mix of food, wine and history. Antonio was a fabulous guide and host. We made three stops. First white wines with 5 different fish dishes. Second red wine with different bruschettas and eggplant Parmigiano. Third stop dessert with a nice dessert wine. Great time.

Cristina met us as arranged at 18:30. Very knowledgeable about Ortigia and the history. She walked us through the streets to our first restaurant where we tried a platter of various specialities of the area plus prosecco and a white wine. All were delicious. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable too. A short walk later we reached our second destination ticked away on a side road. We then enjoyed a variety of brushetta together with two very different red wine. Finally after another short walk around the streets we arrived at the Duomo and restaurant opposite which served delicious sweet treats together with a sweet wine. Overall a great evening with good company.

My wife and I travelled on a private tour across Sicily. The owners were extraordinarily attentive to our needs. If I had a question or needed help on something, my texts were answered immediately. The guides were uniformly excellent and knowledgeable. Their English was good. We also got to know their personal stories which made us feel like we were really learning more about the people. The hotels avoided big American chains as we requested, but were local, excellent and captured the charm of the community. The sites visited were uniformly interesting —some expectedly so such as Mt. Etna and Agrigento, some unique, I.e. Godfather filming locales. When we decided to see an opera at the Palermo Opera House (a classic) the guide helped us secure fine seats. We have travelled all over the world and this relatively small travel company provided us with one of our most enjoyable experiences.

Our guide, Rosario was very nice and very informative. The second restaurant was expecting a large private party shortly after our arrival so the 5 of us sat off to one side at a small table for 4 in a dimly lit courtyard. The food served throughout the evening was simply not impressive or memorable. Our wines were satisfactory. As a result, the food and wine we were served in the locations selected does not justify the cost of the evening. We would not recommend this food and wine tour.

We enjoyed going on this tour. Rosario (Saro) was a terrific guide showing us landmarks of Syracusa and explaining the culture of each. We were treated to fabulous food and wine along the way at some beautiful restaurants. You don't do much walking as the restaurants and landmarks are nearby. It took about 31/2 to 4 hours . A beautiful and memorable way to spend an evening. Highly recommend!

My husband and I loved this! Our guide Rosario shared his wealth of knowledge about the historical places we visited and the food and wine were top class. We were lucky enough to be joined by five wonderful ladies from NYC. Spectacular night!!!
