A good 7 hours day-trip to see all 3 places in brief. Save time to take care of public transports. Our thanks to Michaela who drove us safely and explained details to us along the journey.

We learned on our recent trip to Sorrento, that traffic on the Amalfi coast is always congested and booking a day trip by bus is not a wise choice. It is possible to reach Amalfi and Positiano by Ferry. Our bus driver was friendly, but did not provide an overview of the Amalfi coast during this 8 hour trip.Ravello although lovely ,adds significantly to the bus journey and could be omitted from the tour.I would not recommend this day trip.

Our driver was Andre, he was amazing. He help us with everything we needed, arrange our lunch, boat tour at Amalfi. He always waiting for us at the meeting point. Get the car ready with the air conditioning on as it was a really hot day.

Didnt enjoy being taken to a place not of our choice for lunch. Was in the middle of nowhere over priced and no choice. Would have much rather chosen my own restaurant to eat in Ravello

The tour guide, despite being a good driver, was a little rude. He didn’t speak good English and was not nice

Just excellent…. Our tour driver, Andrea was informative, accommodating, thoughtful and so very nice. I would recommend him any day.

Our party of four adults had a wonderful day trip with Nino and 4 other tourists in a very nice van. Nino picked us up from a nearby hotel on time (actually early) and Nino was very friendly and informative. Be sure to visit Ravello! Do a little research ahead of time to plan what you want to see in each town to take full advantage of your time. If your whole tour group agrees, the driver may be able to arrange a quick boat tour for 20 euros or so; we really enjoyed the view from the water and this saved us from spending other day on a separate water tour (but this added an extra hour or so to your day, which suited us but caused a little concern for another couple who were taking a train immediately after our tour).

Great driver, picked us up on time from our hotel and managed the challenging drive of the Amalfi coast very well. So glad we didn't hire a car as we could never have enjoyed this amazing view as much.

So many disappointments Picked up from our hotel fine at 8.30am Went to a square to pick up other passengers and 4 other people were there. The guide waited 25mins extra and the final 2 people did not turn up. We finally were on our way. We got to St Angello and the guide who had barely spoken to us took a call. He did a U turn and said I am going to collect some people from Sorrento who's transport has broken down. The traffic was busy and back to Sorrento we went! It was 9.45am by the time we collected them and set off again for Positano. He ignored all of us in the back two rows of the minibus and only talked to the additional passengers who had got in beside him. The weather was not good so it was pointless stopping at view points. We got to Positano and we were give 1 hour there which was as per itinerary. We enjoyed this very much. We set off to Amalfi and he meantioned to us all that there had been a bus accident on Monday 8 May, on the road between Amalfi and Ravello and that the road might still be closed. He offered us an extra half an hour in Amalfi if the road was still closed. I had only booked this tour as I love gardens and flowers and this tour went to Villa Rufalo gardens and Villa Cimbrone gardens. The driver did not attempt to get us to Ravello and these 2 garden. He just headed straight back to Sorrento from Amalfi. The weather had cleared but he didnt offer to stop at any viewing points enroute or a ceramic factory he claimed was half the price of the shops. We just sailed past everything back to Sorrento as soon as possible. This meant our full day out was cut short both at the beginning and the end. We were back at hotel by 15.45 instead of 5.30-6pm. The guide was not a guide at all. He told our group nothing of history or any general information enroute. He only spoke quietly to the 2 additional passengers in the front seats. So it felt like he was just a driver, not a guide. I also looked on google maps and michelin maps, plus news reports about the Ravello accident. The driver was lying. Both showed the road from Amalfi to Ravello was infact open. Therefore this was a con It was a huge disappointment I booked through Viator who were good about handling my complaint

Pepe was a fantastic driver and filled with great information. The drive was on very winding roads. If you get carsick, take something before you go! We had terrible weather, but Pepe made it as pleasurable as possible. The towns were very quaint and lots of shopping and eateries!!
