Abbiamo passato una fantastica serata in compagnia di Maria Rita, Cesarina di Sassari la quale ci ha accolto nella propria abitazione e ci ha fatto assaporare la più vera e genuina cucina sarda in un clima conviviale; piacevolmente casalingo. Una bellissima esperienza che senza dubbio consigliamo a tutti, per l'aspetto sociale della serata, non solo culinario. In pochi minuti ci si sente come se si fosse in visita da un parente lontano.. Merito sicuramente della gentilezza e ospitalità della padrona di casa. I piatti che Maria ci ha preparato erano veramente tanto, tanto buoni. La Panadas di suino la sogno ancora di notte... BRAVA MARIA!
