Avoid at all costs. A likely place to catch COVID. I previously visited the QC Terme in Chamonix and my expectations were based on that experience. This Pré Saint Didier facility is obviously being managed as a cash cow. We got more for 20 euro at the public facilities in Val d'Isere than we got for 77 euro here. The premises were rammed full of tourists and the building is a rabbit warren. It makes adequate physical separation impossible. I understand it is peak holiday season but QC regulates the number of entries so it is up to them. Weirdly, there was a guy with a sweets stand in the spa building taking up even more space. It was so crowded. There was no information on how to use the facilities and no map or way-finding information apart from a few cryptic signs. Most of the people looked entirely confused about where they were going and what they were doing. Mobile phones seem to be permitted in the pools and people were taking photos - great if you want to be famous in your bathing suit on someone else's instagram. The facilities are mediocre bordering on dilapidated. There is no sign of investment to justify the price. No chance of any peace in the sauna with streams of people constantly traipsing in and out. As for wellness, one can never be sure how one acquired a COVID infection but I developed symptoms 48 hours are visiting this facility. If you're doing it for the 'gram maybe go here and snap a pic. If you're interested in wellness, don't bother. This wasn't just disappointing, it was really unacceptable for a 77 euro fee.

A very nice place,I ve been here with my family and we ve been fully satisfied about the views, jacuzzis and everything else. What I didn’t like was the food, not tasty at all,the drinks are good thou

Quite disappointing hotel linked to the baths. Super expensive, old structure and poor customer service. The spa only are worth a visit. Although some rooms have a view on the Mont Blanc, the highway is very close and quite disturbing. There is no shuttle bringing the guest to the bath which are 3km away and the entry ticket is not included in the accommodation. The Bath themselves are beautiful however due to the limitations linked to Covid we could not fully take advantage of it. Our recommendation is to visit the baths but to choose another hotel in Courmayeur.

Great spa, well worth a visit. Lots of different rooms and pools, nice showers and changing area. Easy to find, 10min drive from Courmayeur. Ample parking available. The 4 star rating is simply because the pool just needs to be hotter! Would visit again.

This one of the best spas I have ever been to and I'm surprised by the mixed reviews here. So I hope I can give some clarity and some tips on how to make it a wonderful experience, whether you are travelling solo as I did, as a couple, or group of friends. For the entrance, they have a day or evening entrance. I came here after spending the day snowboarding in Courmayeur, so I booked the evening entrance. I arrived earlier than the time expected (bus was early!) and they were happy to let me in. I booked the premium entrance which gave me some spa products to take home as well as a 2nd bath robe. This normally cost €55 but I had a hotel discount so I paid €50. The standard entrance was around €40. For a spa entrance, this is entirely reasonable. You get given a bath robe (with a hoodie - useful to keep you warm while walking between different pools and saunas), a towel, and a pair of flip flops. Pay attention to the word "a". Later I discovered that to get an extra towel you will have to pay €1 and extra bath robe €2 (you get an extra bath robe with premium entrance anyway, but NOT extra towel - to me this seems a bit stingy). They have a wide variety of indoors and outdoors pools. The characteristics of each bath were romantically described in beautiful wooden pellets hung on the wall. I spent most of the time outdoors. As I arrived at 5pm, soon it was blue hour and I could watch the sky turning pink and purple behind the snow capped mountain from steaming pools. Isn't that just plain amazing? The place was very popular with couples, I chose to come on Monday evening as I predict in the weekends it would be a lot busier. When I came the place was busy, but I always managed to find a wall to lean against and enjoyed the jet streams gently massaging different parts of my sore muscles. It is actually refreshing to alternate between hot and cold - in Finnish saunas people alternate between hot sauna and jumping into icy lake! So after an hour soaking in different pools, I decided it was time to go to the sauna. Soon after I entered, a staff member called Davide came carrying 2 buckets of crushed ice. He was giving us a sauna experience. He had 3 balls of crushed ice, each with a different fragrance. He would put 1 ball in the oven and smacked them with wooden spoon, and sometimes adding extra ice for more vapour. He then used a towel to direct the vapour to each one of us to inhale. It felt so good and definitely relieved a lot of congestion in my chest! Amazing. What a great experience and great timing too. Afterwards I went to the bistrot for the "aperitivo" which was included in the entrance price. I thought this meant a glass of prosecco but no! there was a farmer's market style buffet of fruits and cold cuts of meat, cheese, fritata, etc. It was lovely. I didn't have much time to eat there as I had massage treatment booked, this was lovely as well. The website gave so many different options of massage but I don't think it matters much as you can discuss it with your therapist, the only thing you have to decide is the length and for me: 25 minutes means partial/half body (or only head and neck etc) and 50 minutes is whole body. So I chose 50 minutes. So top tips: come on weekdays (day or night), best to bring extra towel (I always bring microfibre towel with 1st time experience visiting a new spa) and your own flip flops (in case you don't like the standard ones they give). If you are planning to take photos with your phone, consider getting one of those waterproof pouches. In my opinion, it was worth it getting the extra bath robe - they get wet quickly if you dip in and out of different pools, so options are: get the premium entrance (and get free cream/beauty products), pay €2 for a new robe, or bring your own (although this can be quite bulky!). I think 2 hours in the sauna + pools followed by 1 hour massage and half an hour to shower/get dressed is a nice day/evening in the spa. I roughly planned this as well as the bus times to get back to Courmayeur in my head before booking the appointments. The opening times and prices are well listed on the website. So if you think €40 is too much for this experience then this is not the place for you. And if you don't want to be rushed to leave the shower then please pay attention to the opening times.

I was with a group of friends.48 euros for evening entrance: at ticket office we discovered that limit time is 2215. So it means that we paid almost 20 euros for hour. At the beginning there was no wardrobe for everyone. The pool was full and dirt (peaces of dirt could be seen in the water). The food buffet was poor because they serve only cold food. The incredible thing is that there are no dishes for the food!!! All people had to use paper towels to bring food to the few tables. Buffet is only till 21. At 2215 the lifeguard order us to leave the pool in a very unpolite way. In the locker room was like a hell: there were absolutely no space for every one. To oblige people to leave quickly, the staff switch off the hot water in the shower. 48 euros completely wasted!!! This strutture is not sufficient! I suggest to stay away

Beautiful historical structure but a lot of confusion. Very poor signage, you don't know which route to take, where to start and then the maze is such that you can miss some things. However, the writing is small. Even though you have to book, you end up with too many people. Buffet would be more suitable to consume not in a wet bathing suit and bathrobe, but at the end dressed and dried, if it really has to be there.

Very disappointed with the services. We haven't been back since Covid but we won't go back again. The prices are completely crazy for an evening that lasts 3 hours and an aperitif that is really not up to par! The little we are served is tasteless! In other words, far from the flavors of Italy! We are so disappointed, for us it will be the last time! €116 for 3 hours without counting the tunnel for this mediocre service.

Terrible first time I go... bad bad... some rooms are worth it, the internal tubs are very ugly. You don't understand much inside. Recover on the aperitif buffet, eat and drink as much as you want.

aliciciue

It's time to downsize....if they hadn't given it to me I wouldn't have gone back. Prices disproportionate to the services that continue to decrease....the events are no longer there, the food costs extra and it's already thanks if there is herbal tea and water.....look around because in Turin there are places like Atria Hammam offering EXCLUSIVE services at very competitive prices and with treatments done by the operators in spaces reserved for those who book and without huge crowds! Another world!
