It would be zero stars if the app let me. Ride was a total disaster. Would never book them again. Late, no luxury car, dented old station wagon car , driver dressed like he was going to the kids football game. Nothing as the booking represented. If I wanted an Uber ride I would have booked it.

Our connecting flight was changed mid flight & we did not arrive at our destination until 6 hours later. We contacted our travel agent. She tried to get us a refund or reschedule us for the later time and was told no. So now we are out the $158.00.

Driver never showed up. When I tried contacting the tour operator they never replied. Also tried to amend an earlier reservation with the same company when my flight would arrive 2 hours after the original schedule but they would not allow changes within 24 hours so I lost my original cost and had to book a new reservation which the driver never showed. Used an Uber instead and was cheaper.

My plane was three hours late, and I was left stranded at the airport. When I contacted the company, they basically said “too bad”. I am very disappointed because I have previously had good experiences with Viator. Naturally, I will dispute the nearly 200.00 dollar charge.

Our plane was delayed an hour and when we arrived our driver was hard to find even though the airport was not that crowded. Upon meeting us he told us that his agency had told him to leave because we were late. He proceeded with a gruff attitude and very fast driving through the streets of Milan to make up the time he had lost in our delayed flight. He was very abrupt and rude to the hotel lobby concierge as they shared with us their observation of his actions. As a car transfer agency part of your process should be to allow for delayed flights as that is not under the control of your passenger. Oh and besides they over charged us as a car transfer from hotel to airport was only 130 euros and they charged us 175. Do not use this company.
