The Pompeii experience was so much better than I thought it would be. The food and people were all so helpful. The weather sucked but even though it rained all day we had a great time.

Ricardo was amazing. Best we’ve ever had. English spoken was incredible. All over Sorrento and Amalfi Coast. Most helpful guide EVER!!! Historical, geographical knowledge beyond compare. Awesome tour of Pompeii and Ercolano with Ricardo/Richard. He is so much more than your typical driver. He shares with you his knowledge of the history of the places you visit, suggests where to shop, eat and drink, where to go for a night out just like the Italian do. Money well spent, I definitely recommend to book Ricardo as your holidays guide. By the way the car is private, so there is no wasting time waiting around. You can also arrange with him for a pick up drop off from/ to the airport/ hotel. He speaks English fluently and has a terrific sense of humour. Amazing time in Italy. Riccardo presented himself as our driver, but he was actually a great guide! He was very competent and explained the information in very good English. We learned a lot about Naples and surroundings and loved his way of explaining. He is enthusiastic and definitely loves what he is doing. He was also very attentive to the passengers, he knew the serpentines on the road could cause nausea so he was constantly asking if everybody was ok.

We lucked out by getting Ricardo as our transfer from the airport to our Naples hotel. He was so good (and gave such good restaurant recommendations) that we ended up asking him to transfer us between hotels as well as having one of his colleagues take us on a tour of the Amalfi coast. The best way to see this part of the world is on a private tour with a knowledgable, friendly and funny driver.

Our driver Richard went out of his way to help find my Cousins in Torre Del Greco I had a name , no street address or phone number it was a Sunday the Town Hall was closed thanks to his ingenuity- he went into local shops- the florist recognized their name and was able to point us to their street Richard help us communicate with them it was touching I will see them again - all thanks to Richard

We were very lucky to have Ricardo as our guide and driver. His knowledge of the regions and places through which he drove us is significant so he conveyed it all to us in a fun and witty way in perfect English. He even gave us a few typical culinary recipes along the way, which we will try in the near future. For some of us, it was likely that the serpentine along the Amalfi coast would be difficult, but Ricardo is an exellent driver and everything went well. All in all we spent a very pleasant few days whith him, just as if he was a part of our company. He is a very nice and attentive man. When and if we come to Naples again, we will definitely try to find him. So we highly recommend him and he gets our top raitings!!!

Ricardo was a brilliant guide showing us Naples, Positano and also Pompeii. He was thoughtful; funny; and very knowledgeable. He showed us the highlights of the drive to Pompeii where we added a second guide for a walking tour of the site. We enjoyed Ricardo so much that we booked the end of trip return journey to the airport through him. The most spectacular thing he helped us with was a side trip to locate ahead, and then take us to the British cemetery in Naples where my husbands Great Great Great Great Great Grandfather was buried in 1825. Yes 5x Great Grandfather! He’s the real deal.
