I feel silly booking having read the reviews but I assumed it wouldn’t be an issue.. only if we were going to run into weather issues. I booked because I knew the weather would be fine. The host called me about an hour after booking to tell me my 10AM wasn’t available anymore . He apologized and said he had forgotten to take it the slot down. He told me he had a 3PM available. I shared that wouldn’t work for me as we had a 4pm flight home. He apologized again and said he’d cancel and refund me. I woke up the next AM to no cancellation and no email. I called and texted him and finally he said I could come at 10 because he moved some clients around. I shared with him that I could not come as I had booked elsewhere. I asked for the refund.. nothing yet. Thankfully I have text messages so Viator/TripAdvisor should not hesitate to refund me. My guess is he will say this is a fake review as he has with the others. Look elsewhere! I ended up having a great experience with the second another vendor!!!!

We arrived a few minutes late and they knew to understand very well. The entire team was very friendly and demonstrated the excellent service they have. Their boats are of high quality and the ride we had was magical, they chose some beautiful spots to show us. Completely satisfied with the experience. More than recommended. Its the place to be. After a very rough start due to a Lake Como Ferry cancellation and some flexibility by Federico and team to accommodate a later start time to allow us to travel to the meeting spot, we met the Captain and went on our way! The boat was beautiful- an old wooden speedboat which was perfect for the 2 of us. We saw some fantastic properties, villas and overall got a great view and insight to the towns along middle Como. The Captain was very informative and brought a cold bottle of Prosecco for us to enjoy! We capped off the day with a refreshing swim in Lake Como and was dropped off back in Tremezzo to enjoy the rest of the day!

This was a great experience! The address provided was exact and the place had plenty of parking. Our boat ride was really relaxing and our driver was very kind and engaging. It was a wonderful way to see some beautiful homes around the lake and hear some of the Lakes history. Our group was satisfied!

We had a tour scheduled and the propeller of the boat broke so the tour was canceled. We were told we would receive a refund, however I have not been able to get a hold of the tour operator for said refund. I have seen other reviews like this as well. A response from the tour operator about the refund would be much appreciated.

Bad experience. I made a reservation for a private luxury boat, they charged my credit card $669 Euros and the next day I received an email from them that they did not have a boat available for that day, that if I changed the day. I answered that it could be a time change but during the day we couldn't, they answered that my reservation has been canceled and that they will return my money. They did return me but less quantity and I had not been at fault for anything, on the contrary they were the ones who deceived me and apart from that we lost the opportunity to look elsewhere because this one had already been confirmed. Very annoying.

Absolutely worth it! One of the highlights of our Italy trip. Architure on the homes and village on lake Como are breathtaking! Highly recommending this tour. Jacomo was awesome tour guide.
