driver was on time at 5:40am, no complaints, arrived at airport at appropriate time, would recommend.
Firstly, I’m sorry but we didn’t get our driver’s name. Our reservation was for a pick up in Positano and drop off at a Naples airport hotel. Our driver was excellent! He was punctual, actually a couple of minutes early, polite, assisted with our luggage and was most apologetic that he had to stop in Sorrento to pick up other passengers. He was friendly and pointed out sights along the way. Most important though is that he was extremely careful and courteous on the road. At no point in the plus hour drive did we feel uncomfortable with his driving, and that is not the easiest stretch to drive. Thank you, will definitely use this company again.
After a bit of confusion with the pick-up location and dragging my luggage in the HOT SUN to another location to get this ride, it turned out fine. I arrived at the airport in plenty of time. I am grateful to the Police Officers in Positano who came to my rescue as interpreters with the Car Service Company to find out where my driver actually was. The picture for the Pick-up location was where I had been standing at least 30 minutes before the pick-up time, also confirmed by one of the officers. Positano is BEAUTIFUL, full of hills and turns. Make sure that you know exactly where the meeting point is. Not everyone is familiar with the addresses. Thanks for getting the driver to turn around the loop again to get me.😊
Our driver was on time & very friendly. He helped us with our bags & got us to the airport with plenty of time to spare.
Excellent service! We were very comfortable the whole trip and the diver got us exactly where we needed to be. They reached out numerous times to make sure all the plans were correct.
Easy to book and the driver was very puntual. It picks up other people along the way but nothing crowded we were comfortable the whole way. Ride was smooth Definitely recommend.
