This did not meet my expectations. First it was advertised as cooking with Grandma. There was No grandma, they said she was too tired. The food was bland, the chicken was dry and again flavorless. We felt rushed, was expecting a nice relaxed diner. There is a restaurant attached to the villa. We were being rushed due to the the preparation of the dinner crowd. Minimum wine was served. Requested wine while preparing the meal and was denied. The chef was knowledgeable but only spoke Italian. There was a young women who translated well. One couple came over 45 minutes late. They were waiting for them that causes things to run a little late. I have had other cooking class in Tuscany years ago, this one was disappointing. They should not advertise cooking with Grandma and grandma is a No show!
