With limited time in Florence, we knew skip the line tickets were the way to go. And we didn't want a full tour preferring to go at our own pace. We didn't have a single issue redeeming our tickets - you just need to read the clear instructions! The tickets are held by a tour operator and you go there first. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

The service, of your staff in Firenze, was inferior and unprofessional, and I feel cheated by you. If I did my job that way, I would be hungry and thirsty, because I would be fired. I came a day earlier, with my wife, before the agreed appointment and visit time (August 17 at 10:00) for the Uffizi Gallery and the Academy Gallery, and received an answer from the staff at the counter that we could not get tickets earlier, but had to come on the day of the visit. Arriving on the second day at the agreed time, a little before 10:00, we received an answer that instead of the planned visit to the Uffizi Gallery, we should first go to the Academy Gallery, where we would pick up the tickets there, in their office (couldn't they have told me that the first day?). Then I asked that they give me tickets to the Uffizi Gallery right away, but I got the answer from him that we had to report to their office at 13:00. When we arrived at 13:00, the man told me that we should go directly to the Uffizi Gallery and look for his colleague there who had tickets. ??? (This means another necessary visit to your office, without getting tickets) That day the temperature in Firenze was around 40 degrees Celsius, and my wife and I walked a lot of unnecessary kilometers. I paid €178 for two Skip the Line tickets, and we got last-minute tickets for Academia Gallery and Ufizzi Gallery, from your agents. And for that, we paid almost €100 more, in addition to walking around the very hot Firenze, because you gave us last minute tickets (the price is on the ticket), which are much cheaper, that's the reason we had to walk around Firence. Do you think people are so blind and stupid that they don't see what you are doing? Thieves. Shame on you. You cheat with tickets, typical smugglers. We bought Skip the line tickets for the Cathedral, the museum, the tower, and the Baptistery in Florence from the same man in your office. First, he started with a price of €50, then €40, and in the end, we got the same tickets for €20. What's going on there? That means, you and your employees cheating on us. Worst experience ever. And finally, I think these are the last tickets and hotel bookings I made through your company. Pozdrav / Regards Krešo Valjak

Don’t really need a guide. You can fo this on your own. Worth climbing the bell tower. Hard climb 336 steps but amazing views.

My husband and I happened to have this event booked during Italy's rail strike. While finding alternate transportation was stressful, navigating our options/times and tickets with customer service was seamless and stress-free. We were able to join a later tour and experience everything we had originally planned. Thank you so much Viator for being so wonderful!

We skipped the long line at the Accademia museum and were guided by the tour representative to go to the VIP entrance. The line at Uffizi was not really long and we were just handed out the tickets to go by ourselves

Uwe_W

the tickets are overpriced and the communication with the persons who exchanged the voucher into tickets was poor - they did not explain why we had to wait for almost half an hour for the tickets in the shop and were not very helpful

markvint

Totally disorganised my the agent for tickets. We got passed around to three different ticket agents. Personally, if I new what I know now I would have just Ed ordered the tickets directly from the museum website. Our tickets were over priced, and vet disorganised.

The Uffizi museum was confusing, had poor signage, few bathrooms and was not enjoyable. The office to get the tickets was too far from the museums to go twice. It was a lot of walking back and forth to get our tickets

We showed up ten minutes before 10am when we were supposed to have tickets to both the academia and the uffizi. We were told we could not get the tickets to the academia until 10:45 and we had to come back at 2:45 for the tickets to the uffizi. We had other things planned for the afternoon we then had to change. This was not what it said in the booking we made and we are very unhappy with having to pay so much money for this and then spend the entire day visiting your office not once but twice and splitting ip the museums. This is not what we feel we purchased and I would have rather just bought tickets through a different site. I’m very unhappy with the service and the experience. What was supposed to take a morning and save us time by skipping the lines ended up taking a whole day.

Academia and Uffizi were both amazing, but the ticket redemption process was not. Started late, not enough time for Uffizi, tickets were not near Uffizi, so had to walk a long way to get there. Still had to wait in line.
