Sights were unique but van trip was intense. Florence portion was 2 hours vs 3 Didn’t include entrances to sights

I had reserved two spots for the trip to Pisa from Rome. The night before the trip, I received an email and text from the company letting me know that there weren’t enough people to make the trip so it was canceled. They did try to rebook us on a different day but unfortunately we couldn’t. I was glad they gave me some kind of notice of cancellation.

no one showed up to pick me up and no one is responding to give me a refund. very poor communication. one tour cancelled last minute another one was a no show. i would like my money back since i never got to go on the tour. a whole day wasted on my trip. not fair

To start with vehicle was very small for 6 adults- had a cracked windshield and wii does were dirty. . Drive drove very fast and did not speak English very well to converse with him. Driver got effected by the 40degree + weather. Your tour in Florence was a little disappointing in that we did not get to go into the duomo- did see some side lights - guide knowledgeable.

The worst experience of my 3 years dealing with Viator. Don’t book this tour. The entire operation is shady. Schedule didn’t reflect what is in the brochure. The tour guide was on phone all the time and after 15 minutes I told the tour guide that we will continue the tour our own

Had a great time. Driver and tour guide were prompt and on time all the time. Bus trip there and back is very long. Wish we had more time in Florence to explore on our own.

The tour appeared to be put together on a shoe string. The tour guide was very nice and stayed with us the entire time in Florence but didn’t speak English very well and didn’t provide much info on the sights. The driver drove back to Rome at excessive speed and got lost a couple of times.

We had a group of 7 the operator booked the tour with Spanish speaking and english speaking people and one tour guide. The poor tour guide had to do double the translating which in her words forced us to only get about 60% of the tour. Also the operator allowed a person that was on a wheel chair and 80 years old on the tour. A tour in Florence on a wheel chair is impossible and also forced us to be even slower. Our tour Guide was very good but her boss was clearly a fool for allowing this type of thing to be booked.

We were expecting a mini bus but they took us in a mini van. It wasn’t comfortable. The guide at Florence does not have any history knowledge.

We had a great time- Florence was beautiful however our guide wasn’t very knowledgeable. We also only had an hour in Pisa. It said the ride from Rome was 3 hours but it was more like 4. Overall I would go again but not rely heavily on guided info. Communicating with the tour operator via the app was difficult.. they messaged me the day prior to let me know our hotel was outside of the limits so we needed to meet elsewhere, which was fine. When I asked what the guide would be wearing or where he’d be once we arrived I didn’t hear back. We just walked up to a large unmarked car and asked if he was our tour operator and he said yes.
