My husband and I did had Manuel as our guide and he was excellent. We booked this tour to learn the history of Florence as we knew the Medici’s were a central influence. This tour provided us with just enough of the highlights of the history to provide us with a base for the remainder of our stay along with some of our other planned tours. Manuel was easy to understand and very personable. I thought the use of the IPad to show us some of the history he was discussing was excellent resource to use in our small group. We would definitely recommend this tour.

The tour was average. It was private, which really, we thought was small group, so that is our misunderstanding.
