Fabrizio was extremely responsive and able to accommodate my wife and I on a short notice. He prefers to keep the groups small and intimate, which is good, because to see the interesting places you’ll want to see, you may have to navigate some crowds. He adores the beautiful city of Palermo and is intimately familiar with local history; he happily shares that history and it provides an interesting backdrop for what you are looking at in the moment. Then there’s the food. Wow. We skipped a lot of crowds and somehow found ourselves with front row seating for an excellent culinary experience (again, thanks, Fabrizio!). He challenged us to try foods we were unfamiliar with and we were glad that he did. The tour was fun and simply unforgettable.

Fabrizio is a very knowledgeable and friendly tour guide for this tour of food and history in Palermo. It was a very balanced tour; just the right amount of walking, food tasting, and historical education in a 3hrs tour. I’d you want to get a feel for the city (specially if you’re only in town for a couple days) I would recommend booking this tour!
