Well organised trip to Capri with a coastal tour. Very well organised including shuttle buses on the island from the port to Capri and Anacapri. It was a bit naughty not to be provided with the info and cost of the shuttle buses on booking even if this made to trip run smoother! So lovely to be picked up and dropped back to our hotel by the very lovely Rosario.

The island of Capri is stunningly beautiful and so is the blue green water of the sea. We had a great time cruising to and around the island, as well as touring Capri and Anacapri. We boarded our boat at Marina del Cantone and were greeted by the amazing staff of Cooperativa San Antonio. They were well organized and kept the day going smoothly. Vincenzo, our tour guide, was helpful and friendly but didn't lead us around with his umbrella! He offered suggestions of good things to do, and facilitated a variety of activities in which various members of our group were interested. We joined their optional bus tour, which we highly recommend. Getting around the island can be tricky, and it was a big help to have a driver transport us to Capri and Anacapri. The flowers, the buildings, the views of the sea and the convertible taxi cabs were all fascinating. The highlight of the day, for us, was a tour around the entire island after spending time exploring Capri. This was a fun excursion, the staff was fantastic, and we highly recommend it!

We appreciated the navigation tips for the island and the close up experience for the tour around the island. The guide and crew were amazing and kind. It would have been nice to have been able to hear/understand the audio during the boat tour - we were in the front but unable to understand what was being said from the pilot's box. Overall a wonderful experience that we would recommend.

Great package would 100% recommend. Picked up at the hotel exactly at the time stated. Whole trip very well organised from start to finish. As with most the reviews, would advise taking the €25PP coach transfers they sell as this means you dont have to go round the island and on public transport like a headless chicken! Tour operator also messaged me via tripadvisor within 60 minutes of booking the trip. We originally were booked to do the tour on a day rain/wind was forecast and the tour operator reached out 2 days before asking if we wanted to change dates. Highly recommend!

If I could give a zero I would. I was unable to meet up with the group because of false information and was refused a refund. The tour driver sent me a message on where to be picked up. I gave him the hotel and he said he couldn’t drive there, it was restricted driving- not true, it sits in front of a main port and taxis, other tour vans and buses were driving there. He gave me the name of a bar to meet at and said it was a 10 minute walk. That wasn’t true either when I opened google maps, it was 17 minutes but the first 1/2 mile was up a steep hill and lots of stairs. No way was I going to make it by the pick up time of 7:55 am. I messaged him at 7:50 saying I would go to the meeting place that was on the Viator app. The app gave a palazzo and a time of 9:15. No one was there, I followed the google map directions to an address that was listed which was 1/2 mile away and turned out to be a residence. I missed the tour because the app was wrong but no one would address that. I was told I couldn’t have a refund because I wasn’t at the designated pick up, they even told me the driver had messaged me on 10/18- another lie since I didn’t even book it until 10/22. I booked several tours through biator and this was the 2nd one that gave wrong directions for the meet up. I will never book with Viator again

This was a wonderful day, we saw all the views, the tour guide was great ( sorry did not get his name, but tall man who spoke several languages) we were picked up outside our hotel, taken to the boat, had trip over to Capri, then we went with mini buses, to Capri and Ana Capri, had fast track tickets on the ski lift seats and then back to the boat, around the island to see the sights, then back to where the mini bus was, which took us back to our hotel. We felt well looked after all day and everything ran smoothly, all very well managed.

Good commentary from the organiser. Good tips, although restaurant he recommended in Ana Capri was okay, no better than that in our opinion. Everywhere was ridiculously busy but tour fairly well organised apart from hanging around waiting for buses etc.

This is a scam! We were not pick up from the hotel! Details are not emailed to us! We only know that pick up is 9:15 am only to be told that was the sailing time! Dint waste your money on this! Just go to the port and book direct much cheaper and sure. We just lost our money here!
