This tour was not worth 151.90 euro for chocolate. The tour operator advertised the tour for 4 hours and sent me messages indicating that he would meet me on the day of the tour. When I arrived at the departure point he had arranged a replacement guide that advised me the tour would be 2 hours and if I would like to see anything other than chocolate. After complaining that the tour was advertised for 4 hours and the high cost for the tour, the replacement guide called the tour operator and they agreed I would have a 3 hour tour. It was also suggested that I might like to have a city tour in addition to chocolate. I did agree to this. The replacement guide was absolutely fantastic and provided an excellent historic tour of Turin however the majority of the tour was of the city and there was limited information about chocolate. At the end of the tour we also only visited 1 chocolate store. At the end of the tour I contacted the original tour operator that messaged me to voice my concerns and did not receive a response. When I booked this tour there were other chocolate tours advertised for 1/2 the price of this one with tastings. I regret not signing up for one of those instead.
