The guided walk was supposed to be for 3hrs but it only lasted 2hrs. There was another guided walk for 2.5hrs but i deliberately chose the longer walk and paid more for it so very disappointed and was cheated out of my money and that's why I didn't tip although the guide knew her stuff and her English was good.

Use another tour operator. We called and emailed 23 hours before the tour because we were at the airport with delays. Our flight was going to be very late so we asked to be pushed to a later time. Unfortunately because I contacted them 23 hours instead of 24 hours they didn't even try to schedule us on another future tour knowing that we couldn't make it. There were tornados and it was impossible to get a flight to make it on the original day. There are hundreds of tour operators and many time slots. They could have easily changed it and with 23 hours notice (the second we found out) they definitely could have done something. I will never use Viator again. For the rest of our 3 weeks in Italy we decided to use Get Your Guide instead. It is more legitimate and they have much better service. Here was their response when I asked for a different tour: Hi Jennifer, Thanks for contacting us about your upcoming Milan Skip the Line The Last Supper and Renaissance Walking Tour booking. Unfortunately, per the Terms and Conditions of this activity, all sales are final and incur 100% cancellation penalties. Our local tour operator does not allow us to adjust or refund any confirmed booking, including changes to the date, activity details, or travelers. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Tour was informative but a good guidebook or online reading could have covered it. Possible to skip line - crowd wasn’t bad

Having a guide to take us in to see The Last Supper and tour the area made the whole experience much more enjoyable and educational.

Very interesting tour and informative guide. We visited an additional church which the guide noticed had reopened whilst walking past. Tour was well paced for all who partook.

Having see different versions of The Last Supper, it was indeed a humbling experience standing in front of the painting and see with my own eyes. The tour guide was absolutely fantastic, she was very thorough, detailed in explaining the painting, the history behind, the restoration efforts to bring the painting what we see today. We then walked the streets of Milan to visit church of San Maurizio. From there we walked to Sforzesco castle, it was beautiful, grand and walking the so called grand courtyard was absolutely stunning. It took us little over 2 hours of walking so if you have kids just keep that in mind.

We had an excellent guide in Marilena (sp?). She wad incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the Duomo. Highly recommended tour.

Our guide, Beatrice was incredibly well informed. Our tour would not have been half as enjoyable without her expert commentary. The three stops on the tour were exactly what we were hoping to see. Definitely recommend.
