Francesco, our tour guide, was very knowledgeable and provided us with details/information on each of the tourist sites we visited. He gave us enough time to visit each of the sites and gave us a specific time and location to meet to go to the next site.

We had a great tour of the colosseum abs the Vatican. Claudia was very nice, informative and accommodating. Would highly recommend.

We spent a day with Tomas as our guide, and it was excellent! He was very polite and knowledgeable - you can tell he loves Rome and its history. Time flew by because of how much we enjoyed this tour!

We had the best day ever in Rome, our tour guide Angelica was fantastic. The tour includes fast track entry to the Colosseum and Vatican. The tour can be tailored to your demands, and was the highlight of the trips we took on our vacation

Driver picked us up at our hotel and drop us at the Colosseum, where we meet our tour guide Romina. Highly recommend this tour if you are in Rome a a day. We hit all the major sites. Our tour guide Romina was outstanding. She tailored the tour to our group and my family truly enjoyed her detailed tour. Be advised this is a full day walking tour, we did the Colosseum, Roman Forum, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Vatican Museum and St Peter's. Can't saw enough good things about our Tour guide, she was wonderful.

Tommaso was an amazing tour guide. His knowledge of the landmarks of Rome was quite extensive. He is an archeologist who can answer any questions you may have. He pointed out many interesting facts that I don’t think would be covered by others. He had various illustrations that helped show how buildings used to be in front of how their ruins are now. He helps you really appreciate the workmanship and artistry of ancient times. He didn’t rush through the tour, but more importantly, didn’t over elaborate and spend time on things we weren’t overly interested in. I highly recommend taking this tour. It was well worth the cost. We covered all the major sites in Rome and certainly learnt a lot while seeing them.

Tommaso had a wonderful knowledge of the history of each place. It’s hard to pick which area was our favorite, but the Sistine chapel was amazing!! What a wonderful day we had. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic tour! We were originally thinking there would be 6 in our tour group but two tour guides arrived (both named Tommaso?) and we ended up with a private tour! Our guide was a teacher of archeology and provided us with so much MORE information on history and architecture and culture. Went to Coliseum in the AM before the crowds. Walking tour afterwards of Forum and area. Then on to Trevi fountain, Pantheon, and so many amazing historical building we had only seen in movies. After lunch on our own, we took taxi to Vatican and Sistine chapel. Because our tour guide had a history background, our tour was so much more in depth but never boring. He was able to answer all our questions (we had a lot!) in a way that was both entertaining and educational. We were lucky that at the time we visited Sistine Chapel and St. Peter's the crowds were not too bad. We thought this tour was ABSOLUTELY worth the money!!

We were picked up at our hotel by Marc and he actually had time to drive us around before meeting our guide at the Colisuem. He took us to Trevi Fountain before the crowds got there! We met our guide Claudia at the Colosseum and she did a very informative tour and took our pictures. From there we walked to the Forum, to the Pantheom, to Trevi Fountain (she told us how to throw the coins), Navona Square and then she took us to a restaurant where she helped us choose what to order and gave us unstructions on meeting our afternoon guide. After our lovely lunch we took a taxi to the Vatican where we found Irene holding a sign with our name on it. Irene gave us a lot of information inside so we wouldn't have to stand in the hot sun while she talked. She gave us a lot of insight into Michaelangelo's paintings at the Sistine Chapel and a lot of information about St. Peter's Basilica. She took our pictures and gave us instructions to get to the Hop on-Hop off bus stop. (We had purchased a 2 day bus pass so we used it to get back to our hotel) Loved the tour, but be aware this is a walking tour. We learned a lot because of our knowledgeable guides.

Not sure what ever happened to Viator’s Tommaso but we were treated to Sylvia for this full day tour. A driver picked us up at our northwest area hotel on time and drove us to a meeting area near a Coliseum fountain where we were immediately greeted by our tour guide, Sylvia. This lady is amazing. She had a backpack full of maps, books, pictures and info that gave us all the insights that a group tour would have ignored. We defined our desires up front (places to see and time back to the hotel) and she created our 6-7 hour itinerary. This was a “walking tour” that wasn’t super clear in the Viator advertisement. It worked out fine. Started at the incredible Coliseum with all the “skip the line” privileges then on to the Forum, Pantheon, huge fountain (my bad I can’t recall the name). Nice lunch in a corner cafe before taking a cab to the Vatican. Sylvia spent a good 15 minutes showing us a picture of the dome at the Sistine Chapel and explained all the paintings. So we arrived eager and educated. This included a full tour of the amazing Vatican Museum then St Peter’s Basilica with Sistine Chapel in between. At the end of the tour she showed us on our map where to catch a cab back to our hotel (short walk). Everything was exceptional. I’m still not sure who the tour company was since Tommaso was a “no show” but we were delighted who Viator ended up selecting. I highly recommend Sylvia. She knows more about Rome and the Vatican than the Pope😆
