We booked late at night for the next morning then got a confirmation from Trip Advisor that the booking was confirmed. The next morning we showed up and looked for our guide for 30min. They never showed. The phone number on the event went straight to voicemail so I had to do some digging to try to find a contact for the tour company. After finally calling the right number, I get a text saying there is no tour that day because I booked too late. Really would think the company would let us know instead of just hoping Trip Advisor communicated it - which they didn’t. I was shocked at how difficult it was to get ahold of this company. The good news is that this company is refunding us and we found a great local guide for the same locations for only $45/person.
