La guida era una signora eccellente. Napoletana doc, conosce ogni angolo di Napoli. Lei merita il massimo della valutazione. Però la prenotazione è un tour per famiglie in cui chiaramente ho indicato la presenza di due neonati(infants) e per loro non c’era proprio nulla. Inoltre nel tour è compreso anche un rinfresco con caffè e sfogliatelle che non c’è stato.

Abbiamo sempre conosciuto Napoli come città di delinquenti e da evitare, sporca e degradata. Beh grazie a Simona ci siamo ricreduti completamente! Abbiamo scoperto una città dai mille volti e dai mille colori. Simona è stata fenomenale, abbiamo fatto una bella passeggiata nel centro storico e lei ha modulato la visita in base alle nostre esigenze avendo due bimbi piccoli. Ci ha fatto visitare luoghi e notare dettagli inaspettati e che ci hanno fatto innamorare di questa bellissima città. Quando torneremo a Napoli speriamo di poter usufruire nuovamente della preparazione incredibile di Simona.

Tour molto interessante grazie alla preparatissima e simpaticissima Simona. Il percorso scelto era “Napoli sacra” ed è stato una piacevole passeggiata ricca di spiegazioni storiche e aneddoti divertenti che hanno reso la visita indimenticabile.

L’esperienza con Insolita Guida inizialmente ha un indubbio impatto positivo: Delia ci accompagna prima nel Rione Sanità e poi al cimitero delle Fontanelle offrendoci con competenza e professionalità un’immagine straordinaria di una Napoli a metà fra leggenda e religione che fa il paio con quanto constatiamo di persona. Davvero brava. Peccato però perchè dietro l’angolo c’era la sorpresa. Il giorno seguente ci viene affidata Viviana che aveva il compito di accompagnarci al Museo di Capodimonte. Appuntamento ore 15.00 in loco. Con 40 minuti di anticipo l’avvertiamo che avremmo avuto un ritardo di un quarto d’ora. Testualmente ci risponde: “ Non ci sono problemi, prendetevi tutto il tempo che vi occorre”. Nondimeno alle 15.15 la mia famiglia ed io siamo all’interno della struttura presso la biglietteria. Attendiamo fino alle 15,35 e non vedendo nessuno, telefoniamo. Risposta: “ Sono qui vicino, arrivo subito”. Per carità fin qui nulla di grave. Conclusa la visita del I° piano primo poco prima delle 17, mentre saliamo le scale per raggiungere gli altri due piani, apprendiamo - sbigottiti - che il II° ed il III° piano dopo le 17.00 non sono più visitabili !!! Si consideri che l’informazione non doveva sorprendere una volta che trattasi del consueto orario e non di una diversa programmazione relativa al solo periodo natalizio. Verificata insieme a Viviana l’indisponibilità del Museo a riutilizzare il biglietto per i giorni seguenti, la stessa offre la propria disponibilità a ‘rimediare’, offrendosi personalmente per la visita il giorno seguente. Una diversa prevedibile programmazione ci impedisce di accedere alla proposta. L’inefficienza tuttavia non si esaurisce qui (ma tanto basterebbe) poiché, una volta lamentato l’accaduto alla responsabile della struttura Insolita Guida, ci viene candidamente risposto che non è colpa loro (di chi allora ????) e che il servizio è stato comunque reso, benchè in parte. La ferma opposizione e contestazione da parte nostra ottiene un risultato non richiesto di rimborso a metà di quanto anticipatamente versato … Crediamo non si debba insistere per convincere che la serietà e la soddisfazione per un servizio non si misura a numero di piani (uno su tre) e l’invio del 50% ha sapore di elemosina per sedare l’insoddisfazione. Dunque non basta e ci sia consentito concludere ricordando le parole proprio di un indimenticato napoletano, il Marchese de Curtis, che tanto ha ancora da insegnare proprio a coloro che dovrebbero emularlo, in una delle sue più celebri esternazioni “Signori si nasce ed io modestamente lo nacqui”.

Buona sera abbiamo fatto una passeggiata insieme a Simona e altri 20 persone nel centro storico di Napoli il 15 febbraio e abbiamo scoperto che c'è un altro modo di vedere i quartieri di Napoli, con delle guide che ti coinvolgono nei racconti. Siamo a Napoli con amici per una mini vacanza. Abbiamo avuto l'idea di prenotare una guida per conoscere la città. Siamo stati fortunati, abbiamo passato una giornata spettacolare.
