This was supposed to be a one hour tour of the Grand Canal before going to Murano Glass factory at the Island. Boat tour was maybe 30 minutes at best, just took an indirect route to Glass factory. After a demonstration of glass technique for about 20 minutes, we were escorted around to look at glass items for sale and were asked many times if there was anything that we would like to purchase. Found out at our hotel, that most of the area hotels offer a free service to Murano Island, and get a cut of any sales.
