. It is very difficult to get on the boat if you have physical issues. She was trying to get on the boat the easiest way for her but they kept telling her to do it a different way which she was unable to do. We finally just said forget it and sent the boat on its way. There was very little assistance to help her get on the boat. Even if we would have gotten on the boat it is a water taxi where you are sitting underneath the deck in an enclosed area with poor sight lines and poor ventilation. For the price you are being charged for this you expect much better.

Kitty was spectacular! We thoroughly enjoyed the tour of the Grand Canal. The glass blowing demonstration and the personnel at the glass factory were exceptional.

This is a fantastic tour - highly recommend. We were picked up by a private water taxi and enjoyed a historically informative ride to Murano. We had our two little kids with us, and Ketty was very accommodating and engaging. The short walk around Murano was beautiful. We enjoyed learning about the island, the history of glass blowing, and walking by the shops. The glass blowing factory tour was so cool! Seeing a horse figurine made out of glass in a matter of minutes is truly incredible. At the end, you exit through a showroom which had different styles and forms of glass blown art. The sales team is a little pushy, but that is to be expected :) After the tour, Ketty recommended a great restaurant and went on her way. We really enjoyed being part of a private tour and learning about Venice and Murano from our guide!

Selena was an excellent guide!! A microphone for her on the boat would be nice so everyone could hear her. So much history and information. We really enjoyed the grand canal tour and watching the master blowing glass at Murano!!

This tour is a Scam. We met our guide who took us via San Marco to a taxi. When she was talking we could not hear her, she was facing away from us. She brought us to glass factory, where after 10 min presentation we were encouraged to buy murano glass. This is it. Ride back was on public boat, which required purchase of a mask.(which we were not informed)

Private tour along Grand canal with tour guide was a lovely ride with lots of history about Venice. Small group glass blowing demonstration was very nice and its a family business!

This 3 hour boat tour was a great way to get away from the crowds for a few hours and get out in the open water. The trip to the Murano glass workshop was a fun destination! Gianluca was a wonderful guide! He picked us up and dropped us off at our hotel by private water taxi and the tour was at our pace.

The Grand Canal tour was good, but the rest was just so-so. The glass making demonstration lasted only about 10 minutes. The rest was browsing in their showroom. Unless you are interested in buying glass, I would skip. The boat ride back on the public boat bus lasted longer than the tour.
