The translator was very difficult to understand. There were also some moments where we rode through heavy traffic. It was interesting but I have been on other tours that were much more informative and entertaining.

I do not recommend trusting your holiday entertainment to CSTRents. We booked and paid for Segway tours in 3 locations (Naples, Palermo and Taormina) and all were cancelled. The bookings were for late April/early May and there was nothing on Viator that indicated there should be trouble. Here’s how the process went for all 3: A) booking made and paid for on Viator. Voucher received. B) within 24-48 hours of the booking, Leo will email you and say there are insufficient people for a tour. We booked for 2 people and made these bookings in February. So it’s hardly surprising others haven’t booked yet, and it’s bizarre they would try and dissuade you from doing so when they make this option available on Viator. C) a couple of days before the booking, Leo will email you again and offer a “private tour” if you double what you have already paid, or a refund So naturally we asked for a refund. I genuinely don’t understand their business model - it’s either incompetent to offer something at a time you’re not going to run it, or extortionate to demand double for what has been advertised. Bottom line is DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE. They won’t deliver. Plan on doing something else with your time.

<p>tour was great, very good instruction how to use them, and tour was awsome, only thing i would say is that you should give better diretions as to were and how to walk to the pick up place, because it was a guessing game for us as we had to ask where the hotel was, i sugest better job on that part as all you told us was the name of the hotel to meet at and then it was up to us to figure out were it was at</p> <p>thank you mike and robin mcdonnell</p>

<p>It was nice because our family of 4 with 2 bigger children first experience with a segway.<br/> 2 people from the organisation, 1 to help/guide with the Segway Leo who was very helpfull and funny and 1 guide, but she did not want/dare to use the segway so had to go by foot and had to adapt to her pace and she came only to the real highlights.<br/> Palermo is also not such a special city, but was better then on foot as it was really hot.</p>

C’est une arnaque…. Ne réservez pas avec eux ils ne viennent pas au rdv et vous disent qu’ils ont eu une panne de voiture…. Des voleurs. Heureusement que j’avais réservé avec un tour opérateur qui lui m’a remboursé mais nous avons attendu au point de rdv une heure pour rien. Donc à fuir et c’est rare de ma part que je fasse un tel commentaire sur Tripadvisor.
