Our guide was excellent and knowledgable about the works we saw. HOWEVER, for some reason no photographs were allowed!!! We came especially to see Raphael's Deposition. This was displayed behind a rope 15 feet from the painting this was on an easel unframed. It looked magnificent, but a closer look would have been nice. If you need photographs to recall what you have seen, I would check to see the gallery's current policy in that regard.
