How much fun! Our chef Federico was fantastic. We learnt loads and had bundles of fun. Frederico was a real natural, gave us lots of fab tips and was both relaxed and attentive. Even my husband who has no cooking skills at all managed it! We will definitely be making fresh egg pasta for all the family when we get home. A great atmosphere too and a lovely finish by tasting our productions along with some nice Chianti. We fully recommend to all! Grazie Mille Federico!

My family and I were visiting Italy for a week and really wanted to take a cooking class. When we signed up, we were unsure what to expect, but this class exceeded all expectations! Our instructors were friendly, approachable, and so encouraging. They helped us every step of the way, but gave us space for independent learning and problem solving especially with the pasta dough. They also gave great input on important topics like how to spot a good or bad gelato place. The food at the end came out so deliciously, and I left the class feeling empowered. For an added bonus, we received the recipes and a certificate of completion. I would recommend this to anyone!

Great teachers, great food! We actually made pasta!!! Can’t wait to try again when we are home. Our flight got canceled and we booked this just a few hours before. It was the perfect ending of our Florence trip.

What a fantastic experience - I’d give ten stars if I could. Frederico and Stefano are a terrific team! We made pasta dough and used it to make ravioli and fettuccine. We watched as Frederico showed us how to make carbonara and tomato sauces - the whole place smelled like heaven. While waiting for the dough to rest, we made a chocolate gelato base that our hosts put into the gelato machine to work magic while we ate an incredible meal. I highly, highly recommend this experience. As a bonus, the market (Mercato) is one block away - amazing place to shop for fresh fruits, vegetables, foodie souvenirs, or to have a meal.

Our instructors were Victoria and Alice who were wonderful! So knowledgeable and kind towards experienced cooks and to those who wanted to try something new. We also enjoyed meeting new people in the class. The food was amazing and Victoria and Alice made this class so much fun! We look forward to making pasta and gelato back home!

Great class. Frederico was fun and very knowledgeable. I have an allergy to eggs and he knew immediately what to substitute. Everything was delicious. I would recommend the class to anyone.

The class was so much fun! Loved all parts of it. In 3 hours you get to do a lot and I am Italian born and raised in Florence , so if I liked it it’s saying a lot! There is a person who gave a 2 star review because he felt too many hands are participating in the pasta making…. What did you expect at a group cooking class? Yes we all make the past that we all eat and by the way the pasta is boiled at 180 degrees so there is really nothing to obsess about, so, it a great way to learn to cook the Italian way and be in community with other people. It s a great class and experience and our chef Jon was amazing!!! Would totally go again!

DEFINITELY A MUST DO IN FLORENCE! I wouldn't leave without learning how to cook authentic pasta from Italy. Location was super convenient. it's right in the heart of Florence and was just 10 min walk from out hotel. Come early so you can grab the best seat closest to the chef is best so you can see and take pictures/video closer of what's being done. The cooking class area was nice and clean and chef had one assistant constantly cleaning up non stop not letting us leave a messy trail as we prepared the noodles. That was the fun part, the hands on pasta making. Experiencing a live cooking class is much better than watching it on YouTube or other media, chef interacts with students and asks questions. It's amazingly simple to make these dishes. Can't wait to replicate what we did back home. We took the 3pm class and was perfect, it ended at 6pm and we were full from the classes dishes and gelato.
