We are so glad to book the trip with Amalfi Coast Day Tour. Rosy is very responsive and answered every question of ours. Our driver Carmine grew up locally so he knows everything along the route. The biggest benefit is the flexibility. Carmine helped with booking tour guide in Pompeii and he constantly kept in touch with the guide to adjust the our schedule. so we did not rush our pace. The Pompeii tour guide Grace was wonderful too. She lives very close to Pompeii so she can be very flexible to match our schedule. I highly recommend her so that your can visit as many highlights as possible in short time.

Francesco was a wonderful guide. Very knowledgeable and shared a lot of information. Would definitely recommend this tour as a way to see several towns across the Amalfi coast. So nice to have pickup outside our accommodations too! We were set up with a guide, Grace, in Pompeii and she was excellent and very knowledgeable too! We had a great time!

Carmine was an excellent guide and driver throughout, was very entertaining and knowledgeable of the locations we were going to and was a great guy overall. He looked after myself and my friends and was very accommodating and flexible to our needs. We had Grace as our Pompeii guide and she was amazing. She was very intelligent and spoke well and in a way that created a story of the highs and lows of Pompeii’s history in the lead up to the eruption. Could not recommend her enough, a guide like her is definitely needed for the Pompeii tour or else you would be mindlessly walking through ruins without a clue.

We were picked up promptly from our hotel by our Giovanni who was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable throughout the day giving us lots of information about Naples and the areas we were visiting. His driving was really good as the roads in and around Naples can be quite scary the way people drive. He sorted us out a guide for Pompeii at short notice which was invaluable as we wouldn't have learned as much as we did in Pompeii if we had gone on our own. Everything ran to time and we got back to our hotel after a lovely day with Giovanni.

We had Daniele who had great English and was very knowledgeable of the coast. We were driven in a small black air conditioned Mercedes Benz and we were able to set the pace for our day as we wanted. Daniele recommended we go to Positano first, so we beat the tourist rush. He was spot on - because as we were leaving, there was a huge one lane line of traffic that went for kilometres. We then went to Sorrento for a lovely lunch. We did Pompeii on the way back. We fit in all 3 areas with ample time in each in our 8 hour tour. It cost us 320 Euros and although a bit pricey, we think it was worth it. We only had a 10hr day at port from our Royal Caribbean cruise and we did everything we wanted to do in that time. We could not have achieved that with a bus tour. Highly Recommend this tour company as they were friendly and reliable all the way through from booking to tour on the day. We paid them at the end of the day, so no deposit was needed. They prefer cash, which suited us.
