Our tour with Romy was fantastic. She is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. We learnt so much about Venice during our tour and Romy showed us many things we wouldn’t have noticed had we been looking around on our own. She kept our 8 and 10 year old children entertained and it was great doing the tour early in our trip as they are now pointing out things they learnt and understand more about the places we are visiting. It was such a brilliant introduction to Venice and well worth doing and has also highlighted things we would like to explore more during our stay. Thank you Romy.

Genny was the perfect host, great communication before the tour and very flexible with arrangements to meet our needs. We all loved her from the moment we met, it felt like meeting an old friend because Genny is so warm, funny and kind. She even made sure my shy 9 year old was completely comfortable and engaged. We learnt a lot about beautiful Venice and Genny gave us lots of tips for the rest of our trip. We would not hesitate to recommend Genny and would be sure to book again if we are lucky enough to return.

Venice City Kids Tour with Genny: by far one our for FAVORITE activities in Venice. Genny was the best tour guide - she has 2 kids of her own and was so engaging and funny with our kids. We loved her so much - everyone in Venice seemed to know her; yelling “Ciao, Genny!” everywhere we went. Because of her, she got us a private glass blowing demonstration (which we didn’t think we could do because we couldn’t book one in time), a mask making class with San Marco 596 after our tour ANDD she called in a favor and got us entrance to the rooftop of the Fondaco dei Tedeschi with the most incredible views of Venice when we couldn’t get our own tickets 🥲 Please book her — you will not be disappointed. Plus she got our boys a little treat that they loved. She is truly special!

We close our visit to Venice with a tour from Genny. Genny is fantastic, she shows us the first church, pillory, the (fish) market and the best gelateria and pizzeria in Venice. She tells the story of the masks, carnival and the plague, the rats and cats heroes, the prison and the bookshop. But above all, she takes us to the old ware house where all the famous fashion brands are located nowadays, not for shopping but for the roof terrace where you have a 360 degree view of Venice! Not pre-booked but Genny gets us up fir 15 minutes. She is an example of who does good, meets well and a smile costs nothing. With her disarming stories, smile and character, she get everything done during the tour and she knows how to inform and intrigue all 5 of us. We love Genny!

Genny kicked our day in Venice off in a great way. Visiting the city in August, it was obviously packed. Having a 6 and 4 year old with us, it was a blessing to have her pick us up near the ferry, and then navigate us through the crowds to the beautiful narrow and quiet alleys peacefully. Of course she told a cool anecdotes, and took us to a rooftop that we wound have never found otherwise. If you want to make a nice Venice experience with the kids a great one: just book Genny!

Adair was amazing! My kids (5 and 11 y.o.) were a bit tired from a jet lag but she was very engaging and patient with them! They really enjoyed the scavenger hunt and a special treat at the end. Even though Venice can be very busy, Adair’s tour felt very intimate. We walked via charming steers and didn’t see a lot of people all the time. She was easy to talk to and knew a lot of interesting facts about the history of the city which appealed to both adults and the kids. She gave us great tips and advice on how to navigate Venice best and some of her recommendations for food and drinks were fantastic! It was our first time private tour and I cannot recommend it enough. Thank you Adair!

We had a wonderful city tour with Veronica! She was friendly, knowledgeable and kept our kids engaged the whole time with scavenger hunt game and prizes while telling us about history and culture of Venice. Her recommendations for lunch were also great. We highly recommend Veronica to all travelers and especially families with kids!

Adair was a wonderful and engaging tour guide for our family, including a 16yo and an 11yo. She created a treasure hunt for the kids that kept them engaged and ended with a gelato reward at the best gelato place in Venice. She gave us a really good overview of the city and it’s history during our walking tour, which was just long enough on a hot day. We would highly recommend a tour with Adair!

My kids didn’t like the tour at all. We had to stop our tour less than 1 hour. We felt like it was waste of time.

Roberto was the greatest tour guide I have ever had. I am twelve and the tour was interesting and he knows all the little secrets, he even bought us gelato. If you are in Venice you have to take a tour with him.
