Although I enjoyed seeing the various landmarks once the tour started, I found the experience disorganized. First, when I purchased the tour I had no idea what time to show up because the ticket didn't say, nor did the description. Second, the location to meet was difficult to find, somewhat obscure. Our tour operator seemed rushed, often checking his phone. He shared personal information and opinions, using language which was not appropriate for conducting a tour. He even asked if he could smoke. At the end of our tour he rushed off and commented that if I can't place a good review then "don't bother." Verona is beautiful, but the tour didn't meet my expectations for learning the history of the city.

Great experience!!! Eugenio went above and beyond!! His passion for history really showed in his tour. He is extremely knowledgeable and knew so much! Took us to numerous sights throughout Verona. He also picked us up from the train station so we wouldn't get lost. Great experience!!! Would recommend to others!

If you want a boring tour, then this is not for you! We had so much fun & our guide was so funny and honest - he showed us every nook and cranny that held meaning to Verona - things you might not spot on your own. He answered every question we had (but since he explained every detail, we didnt have many) and while the tour took 3 hours, it didn't seem so long, since our guide made it fun the whole time! Honestly, this is a must-do for a first visit in Verona (and if we visis again, we will book a tour again!) Thank you for showing us the beautiful city Verona and all of its hidden secrets! :)

Informal and informative tour! A lot of history of Verona and the region shared throughout the walk and stops.

This tour touched on the major sights. We also did a food tour which covered many of the same spots so no need to do both.. but this was a good choice.

This tour was so informative and brought the city to life for us, allowing us to make the most of the 3 days we spent in Verona. Eugenio showed us the obvious and the not so obvious attractions and his colourful, passionate and excellent use of English made the tour so enjoyable and memorable.

We were offered 3 times although there was no option to pick a specific one so we opted for the 12:00. We took a train from Mestre to Verona only to get word after arriving that the host was only doing a 0930 tour that day. I have used Viator in various countries and states and always had a good experience until now. There needs to be a better system to ensure customers aren’t left with last minute notification of changes and a disappointing trip

Very disappointed when the tour guide canceled on me only an hour before the tour was to begin. This gave me no time to schedule with another. Nor was another guide offered or recommended. He even failed to respond to my request for the following day.

Our guide was so friendly, accommodating, so knowledgeable. He went over and above in every way even though the temperature was 35deg. Highly recommend this tour
