Tony is simply fantastic. He's so kind, from the area, was very patient and flexible with changes in our plans. He is the general manager and everyone from his company we met were excellent. Lello was fantastic as well. He picked us up from Naples and waited with the luggage while we spent 2 hours in Pompeii. He helped call up tour guides during the drive when we expressed interest. He made the journey from Rome so great. When we were looking to visit Herculaneum from Positano and again for our early morning transfer to Naples airport, we turned to Tony on compass tours. He was so knowledgeable, excellent communicator on Whatsapp, and provided perspective as a local. Felt like a friend was picking us up. Tony’s communication ahead of our tour was wonderful. He coordinated everything very clearly. We met at the Napoli Centrale train station as we were arriving from Rome. He took us to Pompeii, and even provided maps, recommended areas to see, and also provided us with a book that would tell us about all of the top places to see. After the tour of Pompeii, Tony took us to Positano. On the drive, he shared tons of recommendations about places to eat, things to see, as well as the differences between cost with all of the different options available. He even stopped for us to take a wonderful photo over the Amalfi coast in a place where we were April to get lemon ices. We are planning to utilize his services on the way back from Positano. This company is fabulous and we would highly recommend!

We hired Compass Tours for our airport transfer from Positano to Naples on the last day of our trip. Adding a stop in Pompeii was a real bonus to complete our Amalfi coast vacation. Due to bad weather earlier in the week, we had missed our path of the gods hike and wanted to add it into our transfer day with Compass Tours. Tony was very helpful in navigating this change for us, researching the options on where to begin and end the hike, how to make the timing work well, and provided all the extra transfers so that we could see the breathtaking views before leaving this beautiful region (see photo). Tony had our comfort in mind through the entire day, thank you!! We highly recommend Compass Tours and as an added tip, we recommend that you contact them early, even during the planning stage of your trip, since they have a lot of experience and can make recommendations for all your transportation needs.
