We booked a return transfer from Napels airport to Hotel Antiche Muro in Sorento with the company Sorrento Car Tours. From the moment I first contacted Roberto regarding our transfer, I found his manner so helpful re' pick-up and prices etc. We were met in "Arrivals" promptly by a welcoming gentleman named Rafaelle whose company was a pleasue to be in on our transfer to Hotel Antiche Muro. He was a "wealth of knowledge" and spoke very good English. The journey which took about 1hr.10mns each way. All my communication was with Roberto initially who turned out to be our driver for our transfer back to Naples airport. Both our drivers live close to Sorrento and were very knowledgeable of the surrounding areas. We were charged a little extra for transfer @5am but this is the "norm" I believe for early and late flights. Sorrento Car Tours made our first visit to Sorrento "hassle free" and I highly recomend them for excellant service and keen prices. The only regret I have is that we did not have time to experience a private day tour with them.

We just had an amazed experience with Roberto and his team with our Private Transfer from Naples to Sorrento with stop in Pompeii and Wine Tour. The communication with Roberto was really precisely and everything was perfect. He was perfectly on time to pick us up, he is a very safe driver; calm which create the perfect atmosphere to enjoy the whole Journey. His Recommendation was Great and we really enjoyed it. Do Amalfi coast tour with Roberto makes the difference. I recommend him.

5 Star Service from Sorrento Car Tours! Roberto quickly responded when my husband and I were in a pinch to get back to Naples from Positano. He was fast with communication and had a private transfer for us the next day. Giampaolo, our driver, was such a phenomenal human being. He patiently waited for us in Sorrento as we picked up our bags and then took us to Naples just in time to catch our train back to Rome. Giampolo even told us a little bit of history and his experience living in Italy. I cannot recommend this company enough for any of your tour or transfer needs.

Sorrento Car Tours provided EXCELLENT service on both of our transfers from Naples to Sorrento and back. If you are going to Naples, Sorrento or the Amalfi Coast, this is the company to use! Wonderful, professional and knowledgeable drivers and immaculate, beautiful vehicles! Roberto always responded to emails immediately. We appreciate the efficiency and reliability! Our driver Tony, was waiting for us as soon are we landed in Naples. We had a lovely drive to Sorrento. Tony told us about the region and pointed out landmarks on our drive. Tony even suggested some restaurants to try. We did, and they were all amazing! On our return, we had an extremely early pick up from Sorrento to Naples, and Roberto was waiting for us even earlier than our pick up time! It was nice to meet Roberto in person after having communicated with him by email. We truly enjoyed our trip back to the airport, and we could relax knowing that we had another expert driver. Roberto was friendly, polite, charming and professional! This was our second trip to Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast. My husband and I were set up with Sorrento Car Tours to help with our transfer to and from Naples and Sorrento. Roberto picked us up right in the train station and was a true gentlemen - he immediately took my bag and helped us to his Mercedes van. We ran into some traffic on the way to Sorrento, but Roberto was able to find a new, more scenic, route to get us to our hotel! He was very well-spoken in English, and provided us with many tips on where to eat and what to see. On our return trip, a portion of the highway was closed so we had to backtrack through heavy traffic. Despite the traffic, he was still able to get us to the train station with 30 minutes to spare! We cannot recommend Roberto enough - and next time we visit we will absolute book him for our day-trips along the Amalfi Coast too! Grazie mille, Roberto!

My family and I had Gaitano drive us from Sorrento to Naples with a stop at Herculaneum. He was great at navigating through heavy traffic but also managed to entertain us with great stories and anecdotes about the area. We had arranged to stop at Herculaneum and asked to stop for lunch before heading to Napoli Centrale. He took us to a nearby pizzeria for a quick bite. We appreciated his flexibility and professionalism. Overall a great experience!
