Please note that this tour has two daily departures, one in the morning at 8:30 and another in the afternoon at 15:00. The total duration of the tour is approximately 300 minutes, providing ample time to fully appreciate each destination. You will meet your friendly driver in front of the Bar "Gamberini" in Via del Curtatone N°9, where they will be waiting with a "Pek Tuscany in Limo" sign displaying your name.

Volterra

After meeting your driver at the meeting point, you will leave towards Siena, along the road that crosses the Chianti region. You will discover the typical Tuscan countryside, full of olive trees, rows of cypresses and vineyards. You will arrive in Volterra after an hour (free tour of the town - no guide) Volterra is a beautiful walled city in Tuscany, built on the top of a hill. The town is built over one of the Twelve Cities of the ancient Etruscan civilisation and has some of the original gates from that era still standing along with a dedicated museum packed with Etruscan and Roman relics. The most interesting things to visit are: The ancient Roman theater The octagonal Baptistery and the Duomo The “Palazzo dei Priori” in the main square. The Etruscan arch of the 4th century BC Volterra is also known for its alabaster and salt quarries.

Chianti Road

After visiting Siena we will travel one of the most beautiful wine roads of the famous Chianti region. We will stop at the best viewpoints to take pictures We will arrive at an old farm where they have been making wine for generations. We will visit the cellar, the vineyards and afterwards we will taste 5 of the best wines of the region including Chianti Gallo Nero and Vernaccia
