The tour guide is one from the museum- so you are only paying to skip the line and have someone escort you through. May as well just buy a guided tour online. The museum was so crowded it was basically just getting moved through a sea of people. Don’t attempt to bring young children

Don´t trust Viator for Refunds. They have 3rd partie service, not direct service. They simply don´t refund you inspite you have the reason on your side, Go directly to the site web page and pay less for yout tickets. I had to pay twice for a tour and they dont want to refund me with false allegations. Bad service. Won´t see my money ever again

Sold a ticket online for 53$. Then when I went to collect the ticket it was another 76 euro. Also no tour of St Peter's Basilica as promised. Nice lady giving tour but very underhand pricing and mis selling by the Viator agent. Very underhand

The tour was very quick, we didn’t have time to see anything more than the principal. The price of the tour was extremely high.

I signed up with Viator after having problems with the Vatican site. Chiara guided our group with humor and grace. She provided just enough information and displayed an enthusiasm for the treasures of the Vatican that seemed fresh and was contagious. She was friendly and gracious with other guides and Vatican staff. She and her assistant handled an audio glitch quickly and efficiently. Chiara also reassured us that we would get into St Peter’s even though word had come that the basilica would be closed for All Saints Day. I am so pleased with our tour.

We had a long vacation in Europe, we took several tours. This was really terrible. The worst The guide was very bad. He made jokes instead of explaining the museum. Upon entering the Sistine Chapel he took off our headphones and left. He didn't explain anything there. Terrible!!!

Gracias
