    If you are traveling by car, start from the nearest major city, Shkodra. Head east on the SH1 road towards Bajram Curri. After approximately 2 hours, you will reach the town of Bajram Curri. From there, take the SH24 road north towards Valbona. The road is scenic but can be narrow and winding. Expect to spend around 30-40 minutes driving up this road. Once you reach Valbona, follow the signs to the Valbona Valley National Park entrance, which is located at CVGF+P67, Albania.

  • Public Transportation

    To reach Valbona Valley via public transportation, first take a bus from Shkodra to Bajram Curri. Buses typically leave from Shkodra’s main bus station and the journey takes about 2 hours. Upon arrival in Bajram Curri, you can find a minibus or shared taxi heading to Valbona. The drive from Bajram Curri to Valbona takes around 30-40 minutes.
