Take Line C of the Buenos Aires subway (Subte) and get off at the 'Independencia' station. Once you exit the station, head southwest towards Avenida Independencia. Walk straight for about 5 minutes until you reach the intersection with Calle Defensa. Turn left onto Calle Defensa, and you will see Plaza Defensa straight ahead.
