From Biograd na Moru, drive north on the D224 road towards the town of Karlobag. Continue on the D8 road until you reach the turnoff for the D501 road. Follow the D501 road until you reach Krasno, where Northern Velebit National Park is located. The total driving time is approximately 2.5 to 3 hours, depending on traffic conditions.
