Getting There

  • Walking

    Start your journey from the Ayia Napa Square, which is the central hub of the town. Head east on the main road, known as Makarios Avenue, until you reach the junction with Nissi Avenue. Turn left onto Nissi Avenue. Continue walking on this road for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the end of Nissi Avenue, where you will see the beach and the famous Nissi Beach. From here, follow the coastal path heading towards the east. This scenic route will take you along the coastline and past some beautiful views. Continue walking for approximately 2 kilometers, and you will eventually reach the Green Bay area, where the Underwater Statues are located.

    From Ayia Napa, you can take a public bus to Protaras. Locate the bus stop near the Ayia Napa Square and catch a bus heading towards Protaras. The bus ride will take about 20 minutes. Once you arrive in Protaras, get off at the main bus stop. From there, head towards the coastal path and follow the signs leading to Green Bay. After a short walk of about 15 minutes along the coast, you will arrive at the Underwater Statues.
