Getting There

• Car

  If you are traveling by car, head towards Montañita from any location on the Pacific Coast. Use the E15 highway, which runs along the coast. Once you approach the town of Montañita, follow the signs leading to the town center. Once in Montañita, navigate to Avenida Quinta. Selina Montañita is located at the intersection of Avenida Quinta and Guido Chiriboga (address: 56CW+HWM, Avenida Quinta y Guido Chiriboga, Montañita). You can park in nearby public parking areas or look for street parking.

• Public Transportation (Bus)

  For those using public transportation, take a bus from major towns such as Guayaquil or Salinas to Montañita. Buses are frequent and usually cost around $5 to $10 USD depending on the distance. Upon arriving at the Montañita bus terminal, exit the terminal and walk towards the beach. Turn left and walk along the beach road until you reach Avenida Quinta. Turn right on Avenida Quinta and continue until you reach the intersection with Guido Chiriboga. Selina Montañita will be on your left.

• Taxi

  If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from nearby locations. Ensure to agree on a fare before starting your trip. From the Montañita bus terminal, a taxi ride to Selina Montañita should cost around $2 to $4 USD. Just tell the driver to take you to Avenida Quinta and Guido Chiriboga, and they will drop you off right at the entrance.

• Walking

  If you find yourself already in Montañita, walking is a great option. From the main beach area, head towards the town center and find Avenida Quinta. Walk along Avenida Quinta until you reach the intersection with Guido Chiriboga, where Selina Montañita is located. It is a short walk and a great way to take in the sights of Montañita.
