    The Cloître de la Cathédrale du Puy-en-Velay is located in the historic upper town. From Place de la Halle, walk south towards the Cathédrale Notre-Dame. Pass through the archway and continue along Rue du Cloître. The cloister entrance is on the left, just before the cathedral steps. This is a short, uphill walk of approximately 5 minutes. No costs are involved.

    From the Le Puy-en-Velay train station, take bus line B to the 'Hôtel de Ville' stop. From there, walk uphill towards the Cathédrale Notre-Dame, following Rue du Cloître. The cloister entrance will be on your left. The bus fare is approximately €1.50.

    Driving directly to the cloister is not recommended due to limited access and parking in the upper town. It is best to park in one of the parking areas around the city center, such as Parking Foch , and walk to the cloister.
