    From Pyrgos, head towards the main road leading south (you can follow the signs towards Akrotiri). Walk along the path that takes you through the village. After about 1 kilometer, you will reach a fork in the road. Keep right at the fork, which will lead you down a scenic route lined with traditional Cycladic architecture. Continue walking for another 2 kilometers, and you will start to see signs for Akrotiri.

    If you prefer not to walk, you can catch a local bus from Pyrgos to Akrotiri. Head to the Pyrgos bus station located in the town center. Look for the bus that has 'Akrotiri' displayed on its front. The bus departs regularly, approximately every 30 minutes. The journey takes around 20 minutes.
