Bus
From Samos town, head to the main bus station located near the port. Look for the bus that goes to the town of Vathy. Once you arrive at Vathy, transfer to a bus heading towards the town of Söke. The bus ride will take approximately 2 hours. Get off at the Söke bus terminal.

Walking
From the Söke bus terminal, you will need to walk towards the main road. Head south on the street directly outside the terminal. Continue walking straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Güllübahçe Street. You will see signs pointing towards the City Walls of Priene. Follow this road for about 5 kilometers, and you will reach the site.

Local Transport
Alternatively, from the Söke bus terminal, you can take a local minibus (dolmuş) that goes to Güllübahçe. The fare is usually affordable, and the ride will take around 15-20 minutes. Once you arrive in Güllübahçe, follow the signs or ask locals for directions to the City Walls of Priene, which is about a 10-minute walk from the minibus stop.
