If you're driving from central Kumano Kodo, take Route 42 heading north. Follow the signs for Ogi, Izumisano. After approximately 30 km, merge onto Route 170 and continue for another 10 km. From Kumano Kodo, take a bus to Shingu Station. The bus ride takes about 1 hour.
