To get to Kita-Karasuyama Mogura Park, start your journey at Shinjuku Station. Take the Keio Line from Shinjuku Station towards Keio-Kichijoji. Alight at the next station, which is Chitose-Karasuyama Station. The ride will take approximately 10 minutes.

After exiting Chitose-Karasuyama Station, head southwest on the main road. Walk straight for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with the main road.
