Train
From Tokyo Station, take the Yamanote Line (green circle line) towards Ikebukuro. Travel for about 20 minutes and get off at the Ikebukuro Station. Transfer to the Marunouchi Line (red line) and take the train towards Ogikubo. Get off at Nishisugamo Station, which is just 3 stops away (around 5 minutes).

Upon exiting Nishisugamo Station, take the East Exit. After exiting, turn left and walk straight for about 5 minutes. You will pass several shops along the way. Continue straight until you reach a large intersection. Turn right at the intersection onto a main road. Myōgyōji Temple will be located on your left side at 4 Chome-8-28 Nishisugamo. Look for the temple's entrance as you approach.
