Getting There

• Car

  If you are driving from the main areas of Genting Highlands, take the main access road towards the Awana Skyway. Follow the signs directing you to the Skyway station. Once you arrive at the Awana Skyway station, you can park your vehicle in the designated parking area, which may incur a parking fee of around RM 5-10 for a day. After parking, take the cable car from the Awana Skyway to the mid-hill station, where you will need to transfer to another cable car that will take you to the peak near Junction to Skywalk.

• Public Bus

  If you prefer public transportation, you can take a bus from Kuala Lumpur to Genting Highlands. Look for buses heading to Genting Highlands from terminals like Pudu Sentral or Titiwangsa. Once you arrive at the bus terminal in Genting Highlands, you can take the free shuttle buses that operate within the resort area. Get off at the Awana Skyway station and from there, take the cable car to the mid-hill station, followed by a transfer to the cable car that takes you to the peak near Junction to Skywalk.

• Taxi or Ride-Hailing Service

  Alternatively, you can use a taxi or a ride-hailing service like Grab to reach Genting Highlands. Request a ride to the Awana Skyway, where you can park or be dropped off. After arriving at Awana Skyway, take the cable car to get to the mid-hill station and then ride the second cable car to the peak. The taxi or ride-hailing fare from Kuala Lumpur to Awana Skyway will typically range from RM 70-100 depending on traffic.
