Upon arriving at Woodlands Checkpoint, go through immigration and exit the checkpoint. Once you are outside, take bus number 925 or 963 towards Kranji. Get off at the Kranji MRT Station. From the MRT Station, it's a short taxi ride or a 30-minute walk to Kranji War Memorial, which is located at 9 Woodlands Rd, Singapore 738656.

You can book a Grab or an ordinary taxi from anywhere in Johor Bahru directly to Kranji War Memorial. Make sure to tell the driver the destination is 9 Woodlands Rd, Singapore 738656. The journey will take approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on traffic and will require you to go through immigration at the causeway.

From Johor Bahru, take a bus to the nearest MRT station in Singapore, such as Woodlands MRT Station.
