From Danga Bay, head towards Jalan Skudai. Walk along the waterfront until you reach the main road. This should take approximately 15 minutes. Once you reach Jalan Skudai, turn left and continue walking straight until you reach Jalan Kolam Air. Laman Mahkota Istana Bukit Serene will be located on your right. The total distance is about 1.5 km.

Look for the nearest bus stop in Danga Bay. Board Bus No. 1 or 8, which travels towards Johor Bahru city center. You will need to pay a fare of RM 1.50. After about 5 stops, get off at the 'Bukit Serene' bus stop. From there, it’s about a 10-minute walk to Laman Mahkota Istana Bukit Serene. Head up Jalan Kolam Air, and the destination will be on your left.
